 Koleksiyonun bir bölümü  antika kumaşlar ve  geri kazanılmış malzemeler kullanılarak yapıldığından,  aşınma, onarma ve lekeler de dahil olmak üzere tüm özellikler, kumaşın ve genel giysinin hikayesinin bir parçasıdır. Sadece, kalıpla ilgili sorunlar olması durumunda düzeltmek için elimizden gelenin en iyisini yapabiliriz.

 

İADE VE DEĞİŞİM  

Satın alınan ürünün  iade veya değişimleri için  sipariş tesliminden  itibaren 14 gün içinde bizimle iletişime geçebilir,  sipariş numarası, isim, e-posta adresi  belirterek  info@clothedcream.com ’a  e-posta ile talebinizi belirtebilirsiniz.

Ürünler giyilmemiş, kullanılmamış, satılabilir durumda, etiketli ve orijinal ambalajında olmalıdır. İndirimli satışlarda satın alınan ürünler için iade, geri ödeme veya değişim yapılmamaktadır.

İadelerin nakliyesinden müşteri sorumludur. Tüm nakliye ücretleri müşteriye aittir.  Lütfen tüm iade paketlerinin takip numaralı, sigortalı bir (kargo/posta)  hizmeti ile gönderildiğinden ve ürünlerin iyi paketlendiğinden emin olun.

Clothed Cream  iade nakliyesinde hasar gören veya kaybolan ürünler  için sorumluluk kabul etmez.   İade ürün tarafımıza ulaştıktan 5 - 7 iş günü içinde aynı ödeme şekli ile iade edilecektir.

Kredi kartı geri ödemelerinin  hesabınıza geçmesi daha uzun sürebilir. Ürünü  inceledikten sonra geri ödemenizin durumu hakkında sizi hemen bilgilendireceğiz.  Geri ödeme işlemi satın alınan ürün bedeli, nakliye ücreti çıkartılarak yapılacaktır. Tarafımızdan onayı alınmamış ürünlerin Clothed Cream  iadesi reddetme hakkına sahiptir. İadenizin reddi halinde e-posta ile bilgilendirileceksiniz.

DEFOLU ÜRÜNLER

Herhangi bir ürün defolu, kusurlu veya hatalıysa, siparişten itibaren 7 gün içinde bizimle iletişime geçmelisiniz. 

Hasarlı, kusurlu veya yanlış bir ürün aldıysanız lütfen sipariş numarası, ad, e-posta adresi ve hasarı gösteren bir fotoğraf dahil olmak üzere info@clothedcream.com adresine e-posta gönderin.                       

İPTALLER VE İPTAL EDİLEN ÜRÜNLER 

 İptal işlemi sipariş  kargoya verilmeden önce yapılmalıdır.

Siparişinizi iptal etmenin mümkün olup olmadığını info@clothedcream.com adresine sipariş numarası, ad, e-posta adresi ve isteğinizi yazarak öğrenebilirsiniz.

 

 KARGO

Siparişleriniz 3-7 iş günü içerisinde kargoya verilecektir. Teslimat süresi  ödeme alındıktan sonra başlayacaktır. Hafta sonları veya tatil günlerinde siparişler gönderilmez veya teslim edilmez. 

Beklenmedik bir gecikme olması durumunda e-mail veya telefon yoluyla iletişime geçilecektir.

Clothed Cream, siparişinize uygulanan gümrük ve vergilerden sorumlu değildir.

Nakliye sırasında veya sonrasında uygulanan tüm ücretler (tarifeler, vergiler vb.) müşterinin sorumluluğundadır.

  

DISCLAIMER    

 

A large majority of the collection is made using antique fabrics and materials.  All idiosyncrasies, including wear, mending, and stains are part of the story of the fabric and overall garment.

If needed, we can do our best to repair and alter the garment, should there be any egregious issues.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to return an item, contact our client service team within 14 days of the arrival of your order. Please email info@clothedcream.com including order number, name, email address and your request.

Articles must be unworn, unused and in a sellable condition. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for items purchased in sale.

All shipping costs ; including returns will be at the customer’s expense. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured  postal/ cargo service. Please make sure all items are well packaged.  

Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days with the same payment method. Please note that refunds may take longer to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer. 

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Refunds will not include the shipping cost. 

Clothed Cream reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

DAMAGED ITEMS 

If any items are damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of the arrival.

We display photos of our products on our website for guidance only - minor differences between the photograph and the received product do not count as defects.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email info@clothedcream.com  including order number, name, email address and a photograph illustrating the damage.

CANCELLING & CANCELLED ORDERS

Cancellation can only be made before the shipment, in this case, to check the possibility please email info@clothedcream.com   including order number, name, email address and your request.

CARGO

Your orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days. Delivery times will be confirmed upon payment receipt. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Incase of any unexpected delay  we will contact you via email or telephone.Clothed Cream is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. 

All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
